Sellers can't deliver to an address that doesn't exist in a usable form. Recipients wait for calls, give directions to strangers, or travel into town to collect a parcel that should have come to them. Every failed delivery costs a sender money and a customer's trust.
Relay Points fix the part of the map that's actually broken: instead of finding one unfamiliar door, a courier finds one well-known, always-open location per community.

Do I need a street address to send or receive a parcel?
No — that's the point. You choose a Relay Point instead: a shop, pharmacy, fuel station, or other spot already well known in your community. Nobody has to give directions over the phone or wait at a gate.
What counts as a Relay Point?
A business the community already uses and can find without directions. Relay Points are chosen because they're easy to find and reliably open — not because they own a delivery van.
Do I need a smartphone or internet to use it?
No. You can book over USSD on any phone, or on the web. A mobile app follows as the network grows, but it will never be the only way in.
How do I pay?
Mobile Money or bank card.
Where does Paradise Relay operate?
The pilot places one Relay Point in each of Kigali's 35 administrative sectors, testing deliveries within and between sectors before widening across the city and into other districts.
How are parcels transported?
By eco-friendly transport partners — electric motorcycles, vans, and cargo bikes — carrying parcels between Relay Points along the route.
