Rwanda doesn't yet run on postal addresses, so deliveries run on phone calls, landmarks, and guesswork instead. Paradise Relay replaces that with a network of Relay Points — shops, pharmacies, and other places every community already trusts — connected by eco-friendly transport.
How it works

Pick a Relay Point
A shop, pharmacy, fuel station, or other trusted spot already known in your community — chosen because it's easy to find, not because it owns a delivery van.
Book it
Through the app, the website, or USSD on any phone. No smartphone or internet needed to send or receive.
It moves by relay
Eco-friendly transport partners — electric motorcycles, vans, and cargo bikes — carry the parcel between Relay Points along the route.
Collect on your schedule
No waiting for a call or a van outside your gate. Pick it up at the Relay Point when it suits you.
Why relay points
The last mile is where deliveries actually fail.
Sellers can't deliver to an address that doesn't exist in a usable form. Recipients wait for calls, give directions to strangers, or travel into town to collect a parcel that should have come to them. Every failed delivery costs a sender money and a customer's trust.
Relay Points fix the part of the map that's actually broken: instead of finding one unfamiliar door, a courier finds one well-known, always-open location per community.

The pilot starts as one Relay Point per Kigali sector, testing deliveries within and between sectors before expanding across the city, to other Rwandan districts, and eventually across African borders — so a business in Kigali can reach a customer in Lagos or Nairobi as easily as one across town.
